on friday night we enjoyed dinner with the mayers! we have been waiting to get together again and this occasion was perfect. we had strawberry pork(that my mom made the recipe for), asparagus, salad, and chocolate cake. we laughed and played with the baby.
on saturday, i got to make cookies with e, a little 3 year old that lives close by, and her brother, j. she ate most of the frosting! d and i made our reservation at p.f. changs. oh i am craving their crab wontons and kung pao shrimp. then, thanks to MT we got free tickets to see valetines day. it was a packed theater but it was a great film. we laughed so hard.

then, sunday- actually valentines day- we ate leftovers from pf changs that were almost as good as the first day. and then we made fajitas and ate chocolate covered strawberries. valentines day is the best holiday. i gave my sweetheart a "magic box" and he brought me beautiful flowers in a copper vase. not only did he get me roses but a sunflower too.
thank you for all the v-day cards. and we hope that everyone enjoyed their holiday- even if they didn't do anything out of the ordinary!
and the planning begins for next year!
