this morning i went to a cooking class/ product demostration at williams sonoma and they were all about icy delicious treats. i love homemade ice cream and their class last year got me started and so this year i was looking forward to trying new recipes! and of course they didn't let me down- i can't wait to make a mango pineapple sorbet. just a tiny note to the ice cream/gelato makers they sell at williams sonoma make it so easy to have homemade ice cream in a half an hour. so off to the store to buy mangoes and pineapple pieces and just add sugar to make my ice cream!
i was so excited that the second that the sun was warming up the earth i put my freezer bowl in the freezer so its ready at anytime!
